Michelle has been working in learning and development, consulting to education settings for 30 years.
She has worked in a wide range of settings including early childhood learning centres, schools – mainstream and specialised schools (SSP’s), national government organisation, university and the OT Association.
She is especially passionate about creating inclusive neurodiversity-affirming environments that celebrate the unique strengths of neurodivergent children including Autistics, ADHD, sensory processing, relational attachment and all other developmental differences, helping them to thrive both at school and within their community.

Michelle is so passionate about the power of information sharing to support evolution, she completed a Master’s in Adult Education. She delivers information and dynamic professional learning opportunities for parents and carers, educators and Occupational Therapists.

Michelle is honoured to mentor Paediatric OT’s across Australia and Internationally and other allied health professionals. She loves sharing the knowledge and practical strategies that she has learnt during her many mentoring sessions.
